Welcome to our Applejack Loyalty App Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page, where we aim to provide you with the answers to your queries.
Whether you’re a seasoned user of the Applejack App or a newcomer seeking guidance on getting started, here is everything you need to know! From point redemptions to how to sign up, we should have the answer below.

How To Join
Simply download the Applejack App from the App Store or Google Play and follow the prompts to complete the registration process. You will need to be over 18 and have a credit or debit card to link to your account for payments.
What do you do with my info?
By signing up to our Applejack App you consent to marketing emails and push notifications to your phone. We will not bombard you and will keep it relevant. If you would like to deactivate our ability to contact you, please go to the support tab in the App.
How do I order and pay?
Simply open the app, make sure your venue is selected and tap the order button to choose how you order. Once the order is processed, your card attached to your app will be debited and you will see how many points you have earned.
I used Order To Table - How do I get my points?
Using the Order to Table* function does not sign you up to the Applejack App but will add you to our Applejack App database. To ensure you are making the most of your dining experiences and to claim those points, make sure you download and sign up using the same email you checked out with on your order to table order.

What if there is any issue with a transaction?
If requiring a refund, please notify staff if you are in venue or contact support through your home page on the App. Staff will take the appropriate action if they are able to. Once processed, refunds take 5-7 days to appear.
How do I earn points?
Points are awarded for every $1 spent through the Applejack App. As of January 2024, $1 = 10 points. Point values are subject to change. You can use your points to redeem offers at our venues or for credit.
Do my points expire?
Nothing lasts forever, but you’ll have plenty of time to save up for your rewards! Points will expire if there is no account activity over a 12-month period. Account activity requires a member to have earned or redeemed points within the previous 12 months.
For example, if you earned points on March 1st 2024, you only need to make one additional transaction or Points redemption by March 1st 2025 to avoid expiry.
Applejack reserves the right to reset points at any point, with given notice to all App users.
How long is credit valid for?
Credit is valid for 3 months if it has been earned via a points redemption. Once you have credit in on your App, it will be automatically applied to your next order.
