Applejack is a boutique Sydney based hospitality group founded in 2011 by seasoned professionals Hamish Watts and Ben Carroll, who have combined experience and expertise of over 35 years in the hospitality industry. Restaurant Opening Dates Confirmed!

We’re excited to announce our first restaurant, SoCal Neutral Bay, will reopen on Mon 22 June, followed by The Butler Potts Point (Mon 6 July) and The Botanist Kirribilli (Mon 13 July). The opening nights will be a tribute to our staff, where customers can choose what to pay for their food as a ‘tip’ for the team.
