These Terms & Conditions apply to all Applejack Hospitality gift cards, including those purchased under a promotional offer. By purchasing or redeeming a gift card, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Promotional Offer – More on Your Table (EOFY 2026)
1.1 Offer Overview
The More on Your Table EOFY promotion offers a 20% bonus value on all gift card purchases made between 1–30 June 2026 (inclusive). The bonus value is applied to the face value of the gift card at the time of purchase.

1.2 How to Redeem
The promotional discount is applied at checkout in one of two ways:

• Enter the code EOFY26 at checkout, or
• Click the venue-specific promotional link (applicable for Opera Bar, Taphouse, RAFI North Sydney, RAFI Urbnsurf, and Sandy’s).
• The offer is available online only and cannot be applied in-venue or over the phone.

1.3 Promotional Code Conditions

• The code EOFY26 must be entered at the time of purchase. Bonus value cannot be applied retrospectively.
• The code may be used once per transaction only.
• The code cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
• Purchases made outside the promotional period (1–30 June 2026) are not eligible, even if the code is entered.
• Only one gift card may be redeemed per table/booking. The 20% promotional discount is capped at a maximum saving of $100 per booking.

1.4 Bonus Value
The 20% bonus value forms part of the total gift card balance and is subject to the same terms as any standard gift card purchase. No additional conditions apply to the bonus component specifically.

2. Gift Card Value & Expiry

• All gift cards expire 36 months from the date of issue.
• Gift cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
• Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.
• The remaining balance on a gift card cannot be redeemed as cash.

3. Redemption
3.1 General Redemption Conditions

• eGift cards may take up to 24 hours to activate after purchase and may not be redeemable immediately.
• Gift cards may only be redeemed at participating Applejack Hospitality venues.
• Only one gift card may be redeemed per table or booking.
• The 20% promotional bonus is subject to a maximum saving of $100 per booking.
• You may be required to provide valid proof of identification at the time of redemption. If identification cannot be provided, the venue reserves the right to decline the gift card as payment.

3.2 Venue Closure – Transfer of Value
In the event that a participating Applejack Hospitality venue permanently closes, the remaining balance on any gift card issued for that venue may be transferred to another participating Applejack Hospitality venue of your choice. To arrange a transfer, please contact us at hello@applejackhospitality.com.au within 12 months of the venue’s closure date. Transfers are subject to verification and processed at our discretion. This clause does not apply in cases of temporary venue closures (e.g. for refurbishment, private events, or seasonal closure).

4. Purchase Limits & Eligibility

• Online gift card purchases must be made from within Australia, New Zealand, the United States, or the United Kingdom.
• Gift cards may not be re-sold or exchanged for cash or other items of value.
• Applejack Hospitality reserves the right to cancel or void any gift card purchased in breach of these terms.

5. Security & Privacy

• Gift card transactions are processed via a secure third-party banking partner (eWay or Stripe). Our banking partner does not have access to your full credit card number.
• By purchasing, redeeming, or attempting to redeem a gift card, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• You acknowledge that you have read and understood Applejack Hospitality’s Privacy Policy, available at applejackhospitality.com.au.

6. General

• Applejack Hospitality reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be available at applejackhospitality.com.au.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
