Welcome to Applejack Hospitality

A boutique Sydney based hospitality group founded by Ben Carroll and Hamish Watts in 2011.

Applejack own and operate Bopp & Tone, June’s Shoppe, The Butler Potts Point, The Botanist Kirribilli, SoCal Sydney and Endeavour Tap Rooms with Hester’s in Wynyard set to open this August.

We’re excited to announce our restaurants SoCal Neutral Bay, The Butler Potts Point and The Botanist Kirribilli are now open with Bopp & Tone reopening soon!
