Applejack called all creatives, thinkers, doers and shakers for the annual Summer Job Fair on Tuesday, 1st October, 2024.

It was perfect opportunity for hospitality professionals to discover our 11 restaurants, bars, pubs and cafes: Bopp & Tone (Wynyard), June’s Shoppe (Wynyard), Hester’s (Wynyard), The Butler (Potts Point), The Botanist (Kirribilli), SoCal Sydney (Neutral Bay), Forrester’s (Surry Hills), RAFI (North Sydney & Olympic Park), Taphouse (Darlinghurst) and Sandy’s (Olympic Park).

The event included a series of exciting games to engage the applicants – including setting the table, carrying three plates while balancing tennis balls, and spinning a wheel to win exciting prizes at venues.
