Applejack’s Summer Points Frenzy – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

  • Applejack’s Summer Points Frenzy (“Promotion”) is open to all users of the Applejack App
  • Participants must be 18 years or older and reside in Australia.
  • User must have a valid profile on the Applejack App to participate in the promotion.

2. Campaign Period:

  • The Promotion will run from January 15th to March 3rd, 2024.
  • Following March 3rd 2024, the Applejack App will be reset for all users. Points will be wiped and reset from this point.
  • Users can continue to accumulate points throughout the entire campaign period to be used towards to special offers.

3. Earning Points:

  • Points can be earned by spending through the Applejack App. As of January 2024, $1 = 10 points.
  • Applejack reserves the right to modify the point-earning criteria at any time during the campaign.

4. Offers:

  • Offers will be specific according to each venue and will run with their own terms & conditions which can be found on the Applejack App, including expiry date.
  • Offers are not transferable for cash and will not be refunded once purchased.

5. Redemption:

  • Points accumulated on the Applejack App, previously or during the campaign, can be used to redeem special offers across our Applejack Restaurants and Bars.
  • Offers must be redeemed within the campaign period, and any unused points will expire after March 3rd, 2024.
  • Offers can be viewed on the Applejack App and sorted by location.
  • Points are non negotiable.

6. Offer Expiry:

  • All offers obtained through point redemption must be utilised by the participant before the end of the 6-week campaign on March 1st, 2024.
  • Expired offers will not be reinstated, and points will not be refunded.

6. Modification or Termination:

  • Applejack reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability:

  • Applejack is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues that may affect the participation in the Promotion.
