Spritz Month At Applejack

We’re celebrating summer in Sydney with a special local spritz menu in January, 2026.

We’re encouraging you to sip local this January with a selection of spritz crafted to highlight local Australian brands. The trio of cocktails includes the pink hued Tanica native plum, a citrus forward Brookie’s Sundrift spritz and limoncello with a twist featuring Unico Zelo.

The spritz menu will be available at SoCal Neutral Bay, The Butler Potts Point, Taphouse Darlinghurst, Bopp & Tone Wynyard, Forrester’s Surry Hills, RAFI North Sydney & URBNSURF, Opera Bar and The Botanist Kirribilli.

Spritz month kicks off on 6th January, running until 31st January.
