Applejack is a Proud Partner of the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras 2025

Applejack proudly celebrates over a decade of active support for Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras (SGLMG) and the broader LGBTQIA+ community, demonstrating our enduring commitment to inclusion and diversity.

Our venues have become vibrant hubs for LGBTQIA+ celebrations, hosting multiple dedicated events throughout the year that bring the community together in joyful celebration.

We are celebrating across our Sydney pubs, restaurants & bars this Mardi Gras! From bottomless brunches hosted by fabulous Queens to parade day parties, Four Pillars cocktail specials and bucket loads of glitter, we can’t wait to party this Mardi Gras.

Plus, we hosted our annual Cocktail Competition with Four Pillars Gin where Applejack bartenders put their skills to the test to create our cocktail menu for Mardi Gras. Taste their creations this February & March at each venue, with $1 of every cocktail sold going to Rainbow Families, a community organisation run by LGBTQ+ families, who provide a support network for parents and carers, their children as well as future parents and carers.

Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras is one of the oldest continuously operating LGBTQIA+ organisations in Australia, and we are proud to be supporting the festival.
