Applejack is proudly celebrating over a decade of active support for Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras (SGLMG) and the broader LGBTQIA+ community, demonstrating our enduring commitment to inclusion and diversity.
We’re celebrating the 2026 Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras festival across our Sydney pubs, restaurants and bars. From bottomless brunches hosted by fabulous Queens to parade day parties, food and drink specials, and bucket loads of glitter, we’re bringing the rainbow to Sydney. We’ve also teamed up with Archie Rose, the official gin partner of Mardi Gras 2026, to shake up some seriously special cocktails.

Forrester's Surry Hills
Love is in the air! From the cheeky LGBTQI+ Pitch Your Friends event, epic Parade Day Party with free entry and good vibes, plus bottomless packages to keep you fuelled, Forrester’s is a safe, welcoming space where everyone can celebrate with joy.
The Butler Potts Point
We’ve got an exciting line-up of events planned – kicking off with a special cocktail menu, a queer gallery in Juanita’s Bar, a brand new wall mural, and a special dinner hosted by Chef Amber with a surprise guest.
Opera Bar
Opera Bar is transforming into a celebration of music, dance and queer expression with sunset DJ sets, a live Voguing Contest with Sydney collective House of Silky, and a Drag Wheel of Fortune and Archie Rose cocktail specials.
