Applejack Hospitality restaurants celebrate Sustainable Seafood Week by supporting the GoodFish Project.
Sustainable Seafood Week is a celebration of the fisheries, retailers, chefs and restaurants in Australia that align with GoodFish Project’s goal of Healthy Oceans Forever.
GoodFish is a sustainability initiative by the Australian Marine Conservation Society, designed to help its community understand more about their seafood. The Sustainable Seafood Guide and Restaurant Guide provide a wealth of knowledge educating consumers on the environmental impact of Australian fisheries and aquaculture operations, as well as a list of committed restaurants who have removed unsustainable seafood from their menus.
