Applejack Staff Party 2022

Applejack celebrated the past 2 years with a staff party to remember!

The sun was shining, as we celebrated with a Rio Carnival party on The Island.

After 2 years of Covid interruptions we were finally able to celebrate all the teams hard work with an epic staff party and Awards Day! We celebrated with a Rio Carnival themed party, full of glitter, feathers & colours galore. It was a much anticipated event, and with the sun shining, it was the perfect day for a party.

After the staff met at their respective venues for a RAT test & pre drinks, we headed off to Circular Quay. With ferry’s awaiting, the crew hopped on board and headed to our Rio party on The Island. Greeted by Carnival dancers, drummers and pumping tunes, the excitement and anticipation was palpable.

The teams from Forrester’s, The Butler, Bopp & Tone, SoCal, Botanist, Hester’s, June’s, and head office were looking spectacular in their Rio costumes. After a good catchup and a few drinks, we were treated to an epic Carnival performance by the team at Rio Projekt, with the crowd involved clapping and dancing along.

After the performance, we got straight into the prestigious Applejack Awards. From Star managers, Chefs & waitstaff, to the Applejack joker and Applejack Oracle there were so many great awards, and it was great to see the staff celebrated for their success.

HR Unicorn: Julie Bang (Botanist)

Best dressed: Eve Madden

We then partied away, dancing along to great tunes all day and all night! Finishing at the Hollywood hotel, it was such a great day to get to catch up with everyone and celebrate all our achievements over the last 2 years.

A special mention goes out to HR Coordinator Maria Strudwick for her party planning expertise, bringing the whole event together. Thank you to all involved in what really was an epic day out. We already are counting down the days until next years party!
