98Sydney Pops Up at The Butler Potts Point During Sydney Lockdown
Applejack and 98Sydney have teamed up to transform The Butler terrace into an outdoor training paradise during Sydney lockdown.
As Coronavirus continues to grind our nation to a halt and keep many businesses temporarily closed, it is up to businesses large and small to do their part to support their employees, customers, and the community at large, until this difficult time passes.
With the hospitality and fitness industries being some of the hardest hit by the pandemic and current lockdown, we jumped at the opportunity to help our mate Chris Feather, owner of 98 Training and 98 gyms in Darlinghurst and Bondi.
With gyms forced to closed, Chris was on the hunt for an outdoor location to host 1:1 personal training sessions. Parks and ovals are tricky options as they are heavily reliant on weather and minimal equipment. With this in mind, and given all Applejack venues are currently closed, it was opportune timing for us to collaborate with Chris.
For the next 4 weeks, 98 Training will be taking over the outdoor terrace at The Butler in Potts Point and becoming 98 Butler. It’s the perfect alignment – the terrace is DA approved as an outdoor space and Chris can continue to run 1:1 Covid safe sessions for his local clientele. He has also kindly offered to water the plants!
It’s great to see The Butler getting buff during lockdown, enjoy that view Chris 😊
